Indodana is optimistic that it can increase delayed payment users (paylater) in Indonesia through learning and collaboration.
Director of Indodana Jerry Anson said that every year, the company tries to improve service, learning, and expand cooperation partners as a cooperative effort.
“We hope that this year, more people will be able to enjoy the ease of doing business using Indodana PayLater as a payment option that provides relief and satisfaction when shopping online or off-line,” he said, Saturday (19/2/2022).
Jerry explained, as far as 2021 Indodana has helped Indonesian citizens to obtain fast and safe digital funding access relief. Indodana has processed business transactions of more than IDR 2 trillion and the Indodana application has been downloaded more than six million times.
Through the Indodana application, users can get a paylater limit of up to Rp. 25 million which can be used to shop online and off-line in more than 62 cities and 35 provinces in Indonesia.
He explained that currently Indodana has increased its Paylater business by using e-commerce and Payment Gateways such as Tokopedia, Blibli, Ticket.com, Bukalapak, Elevenia, and iStyle.
Indodana works together with more than 1,000 merchants and outlets that have become Indodana partners, such as Hypermart, Courts, Erafone, Lottemart, Lulu Hypermarket, Hush Puppies, Puma, Kalbe, Atria, and Hartono Elektronik.
Jerri explained that collaboration and learning are the keys to a fast-growing service paylater. People’s confidence was created along with the hectic digital technology and low penetration of credit cards.
“We are witnessing a growing appreciation and positive celebration for PayLater products. In addition, support from the OJK regulator plays an important role in building public confidence in using paylaters,” he said.
